Will registration close early?

Race registration will only close if and once our maximum capacity of race registrations is reached, regardless of the date.

How much is registration?

Online registration fee is $45.00, and ends on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11:59am.

Do I have to register online?

Yes, registration by mail, phone, or fax WILL NOT be accepted. You must register online through Active.

How much is late registration?

Runners may register on Friday, December 6, 2019 at the Packet Pick-Up Expo (Evans Fitness Club, Evans GA) for $55.00 from 12-8pm.

Do I get a race shirt & bag with registration?

Runners who register by  Friday, November 22 at 9:00pm will be guaranteed to receive a 2019 Jingle Jam 10K runners shirt and swag bag with their registration. We will not be able to guarantee t-shirt or bag for registrations after November 22. Anyone registering after this date will be given a t-shirt and bag on a first-come. first-serve basis, until they run out at Packet Pick-Up.

Can I register the day of the race?

Race day registration WILL NOT be available.

Can I transfer my registration onto someone else?

Registrations can be transferred to another runner, for a fee of $5. Please contact if you require assistance. You have until Monday, December 2, 2019 at 11:59am.

Minor Runners

Can minors register for Jingle Jam 10k?

Participants must be 10 years of age or older by Saturday, December 1, 2018 to participate.

Can a minor pick-up their packet alone?

No. All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign the liability waiver AT PACKET PICKUP.

Packet Pickup

Where is packet pickup?

Packet Pickup will be held from 12pm-8pm on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Evans Fitness Club (3002 Allen Drive, Evans, GA 30809). If you are unable to attend packet pickup, you can send a friend/coworker/relative to pick up on your behalf.

Do I need to complete a waiver?

Waiver must be signed in order to process the application.

Can I get my race packet early?

All participants must pick up their race packets at the Packet Pick-Up Expo on Friday, December 6, 2019 from 12-8pm at the packet pick-up location (Evans Fitness Club). Or ask a friend to pick up for you. Packets WILL NOT be mailed. No race-day packet-pickup available.

Can I check-in/pick up my race packet on the day of the race?

No, we do not offer race-day packet pick up. Packet pick up must be done at the Packet Pick Up Expo on Friday, December 6.

Race Day

I don’t think I can finish a 10K in time. How long is the course open for?

Participants need to be able to finish the race within two (2) hours.

Will I get a refund if it rains on race day?

The Jingle Jam 10K will happen rain or shine. No refunds will be given.

What time does the race start?

The race will start at 8:00 am. We suggest arriving at least 45-60 minutes early. Roads in and around the race course will be closed to traffic prior to the race.

Where can I park?

Parking for all runners, volunteers, sponsors and spectators will be available at the Government Complex Area; by the Courthouse, Sheriff’s Substation and the Library – Buildings A, B & C on Ronald Reagan Drive; at the Evans Fitness Club gravel parking lot. 

What is NOT allowed on the course?
Unregistered runners, running with dogs (with the exception of service dogs), strollers, roller blades, bicycles, and motorized wheelchairs are strictly prohibited on the racecourse at any time to ensure runners’ safety and to comply with liability insurance standards. Violators will be escorted off the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged.

Will I receive a race medal after completing the course?
Only the top 3 finalists in each age group will receive a medal.

Post Race Information

When will race times be posted?

Race times will be posted within the following week of the race. The link will be posted on our web page and announced on all our social media platforms.

When will race photos be posted?

Race photos will be posted as soon as they are received from our volunteer photographers and uploaded.  It will be announced on our social media platforms when race photos become available. We thank you for your patience since our photographers and staff all volunteer on their own time.
