Where is Packet Pickup?

Packet Pickup will be held from 12pm-8pm on November 30, 2018 at Academy Sports + Outdoors in Evans, GA (4210 Washington Road). If you are unable to attend packet pickup, you can send a friend/coworker/relative to pick up on your behalf.


Registration Entry Requirements

Race registration will close once the maximum field is reached, regardless of the date.

How much is registration?

Online registration fee is $40.00, and ends on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 11:59am.

Do I have to register online?

Yes, registration by mail, phone, or fax WILL NOT be accepted. You must register online.

How much is late registration?

Runners may register on Friday, November 30, 2018 at the Packet Pick-Up Expo (Academy Sports, Evans GA) for $50.00 from 12-8pm.

Do I get a race shirt & bag with registration?

Runners who register by  Friday, November 16 at 9:00pm will receive a 2018 Jingle Jam 10K runners shirt and swag bag with their registration. We will not be able to guarantee t-shirt or bag for registrations after November 16. Anyone registering after this date will be given a t-shirt and bag on a first-come. first-serve basis, until they run out.

Can I register the day of the race?

Race day registration WILL NOT be available.

Can I get my race packet early?

All participants must pick up their race packets at the Packet Pick-Up Expo on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 12-8pm at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Evans. Or ask a friend to pick up for you. Packets WILL NOT be mailed. No race-day packet-pickup available.

Can I pass my registration onto someone else?

Registrations can be transferred to another runner, but a $5 Transfer Fee will apply. Please contact goldei@jinglejam10k.com if you require assistance.

Can I check-in/pick up my race packet on the day of the race?

No, we do not offer race-day packet pick up. Packet pick up must be done at the Packet Pick Up Expo on Friday, November 30.

I don’t think I can finish a 10K in time. How long is the course open for?

Participants need to be able to finish the race within two (2) hours.

Will I get a refund if it rains on race day?

The Jingle Jam 10K will happen rain or shine.

What time does the race start?

The race will start at 8:00 am and will remain open until 10:00 am. We suggest arriving at least 45-60 minutes early. Roads in and around the race course will be closed to traffic prior to the race.

Where can I park?

Parking for all runners, volunteers, sponsors and spectators will be available at the Government Complex Area; by the Courthouse, Sheriff’s Substation and the Library – Buildings A, B & C on Ronald Reagan Drive. The area near the Lady Antebellum Amphitheater should remain free of vehicles.

Is there anything else I should know?

  • Waiver must be signed in order to process application.
  • Participants must be 10 years of age or older by Saturday, December 1, 2018 to participate.
  • All participants under the age of 18 will need parent/guardian to sign waiver.
  • Unregistered runners, running with dogs, strollers, rollerblades, bicycles, and motorized wheelchairs are strictly prohibited on the race course at any time to ensure runners’ safety and to comply with liability insurance standards. Violators will be escorted off the course.
  • Headphones are strongly discouraged.
