“I’ve been running for over 20 years. I run for Stress relief; it became a coping mechanism to help me real with my PTSD from Iraq, and then I got good at it. I JJ10K every year, because it’s a great cause. To train I did a combination of speed work, long runs, and hills. My goal is to Set a PR on the Augusta 10k in February, and just continue to get better.”
