Jingle Jam 10K

This official Digital Event Guide contains all the information you’ll need for Jingle Jam 10K Race Weekend. Check back closer to the event for a link to this year’s guide and up-to-date information for registered participants.

Participants must attend the JJ10K Packet Pick-Up to pick up their race bib and swag bag. If a participant is not able to pick up their packet, they can send a friend to pick-up on their behalf.
Packet Pick-Up WILL NOT be available on Race Day. Participants that are runners are required to have a parent/guardian present at packet pick-up.

Friday, December 1, 2023
12 PM to 8 PM Eastern Time

Each participant is assigned a race bib. Please wear the race bib centered on the front of your outermost garment. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear their bib during the race, as well as to know the following:

  • In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:
    • Clearly visible on the front of your torso
    • Unaltered and unmodified (do not fold, wrinkle or iron)
    • Pinned in all 4 corners
    • Not covered with shirts, jackets, winter wear, runner belts, water bottles, etc.
  • If a participant is seen without their bib number while running on the course, they will be removed from the course for security and safety reasons.
Race Waivers

Participants will be required to sign a waiver at the time of registration. Participants that are minors are required to have a parent/guardian present at packet pick-up to complete their race waiver.

Overall placements are based on official start times. Placements include the top 3 males and top 3 females for the following age groups:

  • Top 3 Overall
  • Ages 10-12
  • Ages 13-16
  • Ages 17-19
  • Ages 20-24
  • Ages 25-29
  • Ages 30-34
  • Ages 35-39
  • Ages 40-44
  • Ages 45-59
  • Ages 50-54
  • Ages 55-59
  • Ages 60-64
  • Ages 65-69
  • Ages 70-74
  • Ages 75+

The awards listed above will be distributed at the post-race party. If the award is not claimed, it will be distributed by mail after the event (please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery).

Participants will receive a swag bag with goodies from this year’s sponsors. You will also have the chance to receive a race shirt (design to be announced). Please keep the following information in mind:

  • Race shirts are distributed on a first-come-first-served basis by size at packet pick-up.
  • Additional special edition race merchandise may be available for purchase the October before race weekend to commemorate Domestic Violence Awareness Month, then again the weekend after Thanksgiving.

Please note: Virtual events are open to residents of the US and US territories only, and race swag may only be shipped to addresses within these regions for an additional shipping fee. Explore additional virtual race policies.

We invite our local virtual participants to pick up their swag bag at packet pick-up free of charge. If a participant is not able to pick up their packet, and would like for it to be shipped, there will be a $5 additional shipping fee at checkout.
